Memorial Service for Lena Samara Held at First Cemetery of Athens

A memorial service was held at the First Cemetery of Athens in a somber atmosphere to commemorate the 40-day passing of Lena Samara, daughter of former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras. The funeral took place on August 11, 2025.

Relatives, friends, and politicians, including Antonis Samaras with his wife Georgia and their son Kostas, attended the memorial. Lena Samara passed away on August 7 at the age of 34, following a heart attack.
