Farewell to Dimitris Konstantaras at Athens' First Cemetery

Relatives, friends, and colleagues bid farewell to Dimitris Konstantaras at the First Cemetery of Athens. The funeral took place at the Church of Agios Theodoros.

Dimitris Konstantaras passed away at the age of 79. Attendees included Themis Georgantas, Kostas Prekas, Antonis Prekas, Ioanna Maleskou, Dimitris Ougarezos, Stelios Makridis, Aria Agatsa, Spyros Mpimpilas, Lola Daifa, and Loukila Karrer Plessa. Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis sent a wreath.

Dimitris Konstantaras was born in Athens in 1946. He worked in newspapers, magazines, television, and radio stations. He was a multifaceted personality, involved in journalism, writing books, composing music, and politics.

The family of the deceased requested donations to TASEI instead of wreaths.
