Mitsotakis on Zarzavatsidis: "Top athlete who represented the country"

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis expressed his sorrow for the loss of Dimitris Zarzavatsidis, emphasizing that he was a top athlete who represented Greece with ethos and pride.

In a post, Kyriakos Mitsotakis stated: "I was saddened to learn of the sudden loss of Dimitris Zarzavatsidis. A top weightlifter who represented our country with ethos and pride. Our thoughts are with his wife Voula Patoulidou, their son, and all his loved ones."

Dimitris Zarzavatsidis passed away at the age of 69.
