Hellenic Athletics Championships in Volos: Karalis, Tjentgo and Tentoglou in the spotlight

The Hellenic Athletics Championships for men/women and U23 will be held at the Panthessaliko Stadium in Volos on August 2nd and 3rd. Following the Balkan Championships, the event brings together the biggest names in Greek athletics.
Emmanouil Karalis will compete in the pole vault on Saturday, aiming to surpass 6.10m. On Sunday, Miltiadis Tentoglou will participate in the long jump final, aiming for a good performance after the Balkan Games. Elina Tjentgo in the javelin throw aims to surpass her seasonal record.
Other athletes expected to excel include Polyniki Emmanouilidou in the 100m and 200m, Tatiana Gusin in the high jump, Stamatia Scarvelis in the hammer throw, and Giannis Rizos in the pole vault. ERT 3 will cover the games live, while SEGAS will broadcast the entire championship via its YouTube channel.
The Hellenic Championship is an opportunity for athletes to consolidate their position in the world federation rankings ahead of the Tokyo World Championships.
