Salpingidis: "There is talent in the National Team, Euro is the Goal"

Dimitris Salpingidis, an EPO official and associate of Ivan Jovanovic, expressed his optimism for the future of the Greek National Team. In statements before the match against Scotland, he emphasized the existence of talent and the need to support the players.

Salpingidis stressed the importance of avoiding comparisons with the past and toxicity, so that the team can qualify for the next Euro. "There is a mix of many young and experienced players... No comparisons and toxicity, so that we can go to the next Euro, which is now the goal," he characteristically stated.

Despite the recent exclusion from the World Cup, Salpingidis appeared optimistic, emphasizing that there is talent and prospects for the National Team.
