Sovolos Wins Bronze at European Youth Olympic Festival

Konstantinos Sovolos won the bronze medal in the air rifle event at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Skopje.

The Greek shooter received congratulations from the President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Isidoros Kouvelos, for winning Greece's 7th medal at the event.

Sovolos was third in the qualifying round with 22 successes and finished with 35 in the second part. In the final for the bronze, he prevailed over Ákos Márta from Hungary with 10-4.

Tomorrow, Iliana Karvouniari and Konstantinos Sovolos will compete in the mixed team event.
