Apostolos Vesyropoulos Suffers Heart Attack in Halkidiki

Apostolos Vesyropoulos, former Deputy Minister of Finance and current secretary of the ND parliamentary group, suffered a heart attack while at a beach in Halkidiki.

According to reports, Mr. Vesyropoulos felt unwell at Akti Kalogrias, Sithonia, Halkidiki. An ambulance (EKAB) was immediately called, and paramedics provided first aid.

He was initially transported to the Agios Nikolaos Health Center in Halkidiki and subsequently to “Papageorgiou” Hospital in Thessaloniki for further medical care.

Mr. Vesyropoulos had no history of cardiovascular disease and is a non-smoker.
