Georgiadis: New Oncology Unit Opens at «Attikon» Hospital

The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, announced the opening of the new Oncology Unit of the 2nd Propaedeutic Department of Internal Medicine of the University of Athens at «Attikon» Hospital via a post on X.

Mr. Georgiadis called the unit a "jewel for Western Attica, the NHS, and the EKPA," thanking Thanasis Martinos for sponsoring its creation.

According to the minister, the unit has already received sixty patients who received treatment in exemplary conditions.
