Italy: 'Lazarus Syndrome' – Returns to Life 30 Minutes After Death

An incredible incident occurred in Tarquinia, Italy, where an elderly man returned to life 30 minutes after being declared dead by doctors.
The man suffered two cardiac arrests, and despite resuscitation attempts, doctors were forced to declare him dead. While in an ambulance, approximately 30 minutes later, he opened his eyes and asked about his children.
The 'resurrected' man was transferred to a hospital, and his condition is stable. Experts speculate that it is 'Lazarus syndrome,' a spontaneous reactivation of vital functions after cardiac arrest.
There is no official explanation, but possible causes are considered to be air in the chest or the delayed effect of drugs.
