NASA has released over 12,000 photos from the Artemis II mission, offering free access to an extensive visual archive of the journey to the Moon.

The high-resolution images are available via the NASA website and capture unique moments, including stunning shots of Earth from space.

The Artemis II mission marked the return of human presence near the Moon after decades. The photos were taken with professional and consumer equipment, including Nikon D5 and Nikon Z9 cameras, as well as an iPhone 17 mobile phone.

The material includes shots of a solar eclipse, close-up images of the Moon, and photos of the 'Earthset' phenomenon.
