Mathematical Equation Predicts Earth's End

Scientists are attempting to calculate when Earth will become uninhabitable, using mathematical equations and available data.
As early as 1798, British economist Thomas Malthus warned of destruction due to overpopulation and the Earth's inability to meet nutritional needs. Malthus argued that population growth exceeds the Earth's ability to provide the necessities, leading to the death of a large part of humanity.
