Diane Keaton's Cause of Death Revealed

Academy Award-winning actress Diane Keaton has passed away at the age of 79 from pneumonia, her family announced. The announcement was reported by People magazine.

The family expressed their gratitude for the messages of love and support received and encouraged people to honor her memory with donations to food banks or animal shelters.

A source reported that Keaton's health deteriorated suddenly. Starting October 17, AMC theaters will re-release the films 'Annie Hall' and 'Something's Gotta Give' in her honor.

Diane Keaton won the Academy Award for Best Actress in 1978 for her performance in 'Annie Hall' directed by Woody Allen. She co-starred with Jack Nicholson, Keanu Reeves, and Amanda Peet in 'Something's Gotta Give'.
