Chrissy Teigen: '52 Days Sober and No Desire to Go Back'

Chrissy Teigen, an American model and television personality, has revealed that she has reached 52 days of sobriety after a period of returning to alcohol consumption. Teigen had stopped drinking in 2021 but resumed with the intention of doing so “consciously,” which quickly evolved into a daily habit.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, January 27th, she expressed her gratitude to Carl Radke from #SummerHouse for helping her stop drinking again. Specifically, she stated: 'I have absolutely no desire to go back. Ultimately, without it, I can still be funny. I can be silly. I can be incredibly nervous. Anxious as hell. And I can get through it all without it.'

Teigen also mentioned her participation in the #StarSearch TV show on #Netflix, where she appeared with her husband, John Legend, at the premiere on January 21, 2026. She emphasized that her decision to stop drinking this time was not accompanied by the same enthusiasm as the first time.
