Mickey Rourke Evicted: Loses Home in Los Angeles

Mickey Rourke has lost his home in Los Angeles following an eviction. According to Page Six, a default judgment was filed on March 9, suggesting the actor did not appear in court.

The order concerned the 'possession' of the house, following a lawsuit in December 2025. The landlord demanded the actor's departure within three days or the payment of $59,100 in overdue rent. In January, Rourke was reportedly seen moving personal items from the property.

An online GoFundMe campaign to raise $100,000 was started, but Rourke denied any connection to it, stating that he did not ask for charity.

His manager, Kimberly Hines, stated that the actor rejects offers for less than $200,000 a day. A source reported that Rourke has 'lived like a rock star,' quickly spending his money.
