Will Smith: Sexual Harassment Allegation by Violinist

Serious allegations have surfaced against Will Smith, following a lawsuit filed by violinist Brian King Joseph. The musician alleges sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.

The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles, concerning incidents allegedly occurring during the Based on a True Story world tour in 2025.

Joseph claims his collaboration with Smith evolved into a psychologically distressing experience. The lawsuit describes an incident in a Las Vegas hotel where the violinist found items and a note in his room without any signs of forced entry.

He also alleges humiliation by a production associate and subsequent termination from the tour, causing financial damage and emotional distress.

Will Smith's representatives have categorically denied the allegations, calling them false and unfounded.
