Annie Lennox Reveals ADHD Diagnosis at 70

Annie Lennox, at the age of 70, has revealed that she has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The singer spoke on the #WomansHour program with host Nuala McGovern, describing her experience as a 'superpower'.
Lennox stated that the diagnosis explains how her mind and the minds of other people with ADHD work, while also emphasizing the difficulties faced by individuals with this disorder. 'It's not easy to live with, but it's also a superpower. I think it brings brilliance,' she said.
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that occurs in 5-7% of children and adolescents, affecting attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
