Iman Honors David Bowie on His Birthday

Iman, the widow of David Bowie, honored the legendary singer on what would have been his 79th birthday, January 8th, with a touching social media post.

She posted a black and white photo of Bowie on Instagram, writing: "January 8th. Happy birthday up there. Your light shines so brightly in all our hearts! We love you and miss you.”

David Bowie and Iman's daughter, Lexi Jones, also honored her father with an Instagram post, sharing old photos with Bowie and writing: "Today you would have been 79. Happy Birthday Dad miss you!"

David Bowie passed away in 2016, two days after his birthday, after a battle with cancer.
