Chris Brown is embroiled in a custody battle with the mother of his third child, Diamond Brown, regarding their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani.

Diamond Brown filed a lawsuit on April 3, seeking sole legal and physical custody of Lovely, while proposing visitation rights for Chris Brown. According to court documents, Lovely has been living with her mother in Los Angeles since birth.

The lawsuit was filed weeks after a public dispute on social media, where Diamond Brown accused Chris Brown of attempting to intimidate her new partner. Chris Brown's current partner, Jada Wallace, defended the singer, claiming that Diamond Brown was preventing him from seeing their daughter.

Diamond Brown denied the claims, although she admitted that she once prevented Chris Brown from seeing their daughter due to his behavior towards the parents of a friend of Lovely's.
