MARVEL MaXimum Collection: Retro Marvel Videogame Collection Announced

Limited Run Games and Konami have announced the MARVEL MaXimum Collection, a compilation of six retro Marvel videogames from arcades and older consoles.

The collection is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Limited Run Games has not yet announced a specific release date.

The collection includes:

• X Men: The Arcade Game (Arcade)
• Captain America and The Avengers (Arcade, SEGA MEGA Drive, NES)
• Spider Man/Venom: Maximum Carnage (Super Nintendo, SEGA MEGA Drive)
• Spider Man/Venom: Separation Anxiety (Super Nintendo, SEGA MEGA Drive)
• Spider Man/X Men: Arcade’s Revenge (Super Nintendo SEGA MEGA Drive, Game Boy, Game Gear)
• Silver Surfer (NES)

X Men: The Arcade Game will support 6-player online co-op with rollback netcode. The remaining games will be single player or support local co-op.

All games will support save states and Rewind. Display options and digital archives with music and images will also be available.
