Matina Zara: Reveals Physical Abuse in Past Relationship

Matina Zara, in statements at a charity event, revealed that she was a victim of physical abuse in her last relationship. She stated that she had also suffered other forms of abuse, including verbal, psychological, and economic abuse.

"I have been a victim of abuse, I experienced every form of abuse, that is, verbal, psychological, economic. And the last one was physical abuse, where I said: it's over," Matina Zara stated.

The singer explained that she often justified her partner and gave many chances, but when she started sharing her experiences with close friends and family, she realized the toxicity of the situation.

"When I started telling my best friend, my sister, my mother what was happening, I realized that what was happening was very toxic and in the end he was very manipulative. He tried to make me look crazy," Matina Zara said.
