Mel Gibson and Rosalind Ross Separate After 9 Years

Mel Gibson and Rosalind Ross have announced their separation after nine years together. The couple, who have a son, Lars, stated that they will remain committed to co-parenting.

"While this chapter is closing, we are blessed with a wonderful son and will remain the best parents we can be," the former couple said in a statement.

Mel Gibson, the Oscar-winning actor and director, and Rosalind Ross, a 35-year-old screenwriter, met in 2014 and welcomed their son in 2017. Gibson has eight other children from previous relationships.
