Will Smith Sued for Sexual Harassment by Musician

Musician Brian King Joseph has filed a lawsuit against actor and rapper Will Smith and his company, Treyball Studios Management, Inc., alleging sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. Joseph claims that Smith was "deliberately grooming" him for "further sexual exploitation" after inviting him to join his Based on a True Story: 2025 world tour.
According to the lawsuit, a "traumatic series of events" allegedly occurred during the tour in March 2025. Joseph claims he found a handwritten note in his hotel room with the message "Brian, I'll be back... it'll be us two" signed by someone named "Stone F."
Smith's attorney, Allen B. Grodsky, stated that Joseph's claims are false, baseless, and reckless and that they will use every legal means to fight these allegations.
Joseph also claims he was fired after reporting the incident to hotel staff and Smith's associates.
Brian King Joseph participated in the 13th season of America's Got Talent in 2018 and joined Will Smith's tour in 2025.
