Miss Universe: Miss Mexico Responds to Bullying – Director Fired

Controversy erupted at the Miss Universe competition when the Asia-Oceania director, Nawat Itsaragrisil, allegedly bullied Miss Mexico, Fatima Bosch, during a live broadcast in Thailand.

According to reports, Itsaragrisil demanded that Bosch explain why she had not posted promotional content on social media and called her "stupid." Bosch left the room with the support of other contestants.

The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) condemned Itsaragrisil's behavior, and he was subsequently fired. The president of the competition, Raul Rocha, expressed solidarity with the contestants and stressed that respect and dignity towards women are non-negotiable.

Bosch stated that she will continue to participate in the competition, while many personalities have expressed their support for her.
