Brad Pitt Buys The Killers Guitarist's Mansion for $12 Million

Brad Pitt has acquired a new mansion in Los Angeles, purchasing the home of The Killers guitarist, Dave Keuning, for $12 million.

The property is located in the Outpost Estates area of Hollywood Hills and was bought by Keuning and his wife, Emilie, in 2021. It was previously owned by Grindr founder, Joel Simkhai.

The Spanish-style house, built in 1989, features six bedrooms and spans 780 square meters. It boasts a two-story entrance area with wooden beams, large windows, and a living room with black steel French doors and a metal sunflower-patterned ceiling.

In addition to this purchase, Brad Pitt continued his investments in the real estate market, acquiring a home in Carmel Highlands in 2022 for $40 million and selling his residence in Los Feliz in 2023.
