According to TMZ, Offset was photographed in a hospital gown, smoking outside a hospital. A representative for Offset confirmed the incident, stating that the rapper is hospitalized for medical treatment.

The Seminole Police Department also confirmed the incident, stating that one person was injured and transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. Videos on social media show the aftermath of the incident.
