Ozzy Osbourne: Cardiac Arrest Was Official Cause of Death

Legendary Ozzy Osbourne passed away on July 22 at the age of 76 at his home in England. According to the death certificate, the cause of death was cardiac arrest and acute myocardial infarction.

Contributing causes included coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic nervous system dysfunction. His daughter, Aimee Osbourne, filed the certificate in London.

His family confirmed his death with a statement, and the funeral took place in Birmingham. Osbourne had been facing health issues for years, including a fall in 2019 and a Parkinson's diagnosis in 2003.

His last appearance was at a Black Sabbath farewell show in 2025. His daughter, Kelly Osbourne, spoke about her difficult battle with grief.
