Giorgio Armani, an iconic figure in the world of fashion, has died today at the age of 91. The Italian designer, who had just celebrated his birthday in July, passed away surrounded by his family and his partner, Leo Dell'Orco.

The news of his death came as a surprise, as Armani was working tirelessly until the end. He had recently announced the acquisition of the historic venue «La Capannina», where he met Sergio Galeotti. He had also approved the creations for the upcoming collection to be presented in September, as part of the 50th anniversary show.
