Peter Greene: Death Ruled Accidental, Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound

The death of actor Peter Greene, known for Pulp Fiction, has been ruled an accident. He was 60 years old.
According to TMZ, the New York City Medical Examiner's Office reports the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the left armpit, with injury to the brachial artery. The manner of death was classified as an accident.
Greene reportedly accidentally shot himself in the left armpit, causing damage to the artery that supplies blood to the arm, elbow, forearm, and hand.
The actor was found dead in his Manhattan apartment in mid-December. He became known in the 1990s for playing 'bad guy' roles, standing out alongside Jim Carrey in 'The Mask'. He also appeared in 'Pulp Fiction', 'The Usual Suspects', 'Training Day', and 'The Bounty Hunter'.
