Princess Mahra and French Montana: Engagement and $500 Million Yacht

Rapper French Montana got engaged to Sheikha Mahra Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a princess of Dubai, during Paris Fashion Week in June. Mahra has Greek roots on her mother's side, Zoi Grigorakou.
The couple was first linked in October 2024 and made their relationship public this summer, appearing together at Paris Fashion Week. Mahra was previously married to Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, from whom she divorced in July 2024.
The princess's family has a fortune of $18 billion and owns the fourth largest yacht in the world, the "Dubai", worth $500 million, which is rumored to have been included in her dowry.
French Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, was born in Morocco and raised in New York. He began his career as a rapper in the early 2000s. In 2008, he founded the record label Coke Boys Records. He has also served as an Ambassador for Global Citizen and has been involved in philanthropic activities.
In 2020, Kharbouch was sued for sexual abuse, a case that was settled out of court in 2022.
