Richards-Phypers: Legal Battle Over Joint Accounts

Aaron Phypers, estranged husband of Denise Richards, is seeking a court order to access the couple's joint bank accounts. He claims he urgently needs $150,000 to avoid homelessness.

According to Phypers, the joint accounts held millions of dollars before the divorce filing. He acknowledges that much of the money comes from Richards' OnlyFans activity, but claims he owns the copyrights to many of the photos.

Phypers claims he needs $120,000 for overdue rent and $10,000 for legal fees. He is also requesting the return of medical equipment from Richards.
