Sigourney Weaver: Advice for Young Actors

Sigourney Weaver shared advice for young actors during New York Comic Con, where she participated in a panel for the TV series "Alien: Earth."

Weaver advised young actors not to worry too much and to trust themselves. She also expressed admiration for the rising stars of Hollywood, including Sydney Chandler, star of "Alien: Earth."

The series "Alien: Earth," premiered on August 12 on Hulu and takes place before the 1979 film. The series also stars Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, and Samuel Blenkin.

Weaver stated that she enjoys the series and that it deals with important issues regarding the future of the planet. In addition to "Alien," Weaver has starred in the "Ghostbusters" and "Avatar" franchises, and will also participate in the film "The Mandalorian and Grogu" in 2026.
