Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni Reach Last-Minute Settlement

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have reached a settlement in their highly publicized legal dispute. The two co-stars of the film "It Ends With Us" have ended their conflict after a court-ordered settlement meeting last week, according to NBC.

The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.

The agreement comes a month after a federal judge dismissed most of Lively's claims against Baldoni, including allegations of harassment, defamation, and conspiracy. However, the judge allowed three of her claims to proceed to trial, including breach of contract and retaliation.

Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment during the filming of "It Ends With Us" in 2024, which Baldoni directed. Baldoni has categorically denied the allegations.

In a joint statement, the lawyers for both sides emphasized that "the film is a source of pride for all of us who worked to bring it to life" and that they remain committed to workplaces free of impropriety.

According to Page Six, the agreement was "last minute" as judicial authorities wanted to avoid a lengthy and time-consuming trial.
