Tragedy at Oasis Concert in Wembley: Man Dies After Fall

A man died after falling at Wembley Stadium in London during an Oasis concert on Saturday night.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene at 10:20 PM. Upon arrival, they found a man, aged 40-50, dead. Sky News reports that the man fell from the upper tier of Wembley.

Police are asking anyone who was at the stadium and may have recorded the incident to provide any material they have. A police statement indicated that the stadium was busy and they believe it is likely that several people saw the incident or may knowingly or unknowingly have recorded it on mobile phones.

The Oasis reunion tour began in early July, and the band will perform the last of their five scheduled concerts at Wembley on Sunday. Liam and Noel Gallagher will then head to Scotland, Ireland, Canada, and the United States before returning to London for two more concerts at Wembley.
