He became widely known for his role in 'General Hospital,' where he was initially intended for a brief appearance but eventually established himself as one of the show's most beloved characters.

In addition to 'General Hospital,' Rogers had appeared in other popular series such as 'The Bold and the Beautiful' and 'The Young and the Restless.' He also won a Daytime Emmy Award for his role in Studio City.
