Jack Osbourne, son of the legendary Ozzy Osbourne, shared a touching moment from the last weeks of his father's life. Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic frontman of Black Sabbath, passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76.

In an episode of the HATE TO BREAK IT TO YA podcast, Jack Osbourne described a conversation he had with his father after Sabbath's farewell concert. Ozzy expressed his desire to cut his hair, saying: 'I'm retired. I'm not a rock star anymore.'

Jack interpreted this statement as an indication that his father had accepted his end. He also mentioned that Ozzy's death was unexpected, despite his illness. 'We didn't expect it to happen so quickly. He was up, doing his thing, eating breakfast, and that was it,' he said.
