In the caption of his post, Curtis wrote: "Some wonderful things happened this year, but it's always the people who make the difference."

Aniston had previously shared a video of her own best moments, in which Curtis is seen hugging one of her dogs. Reese Witherspoon, Selena Gomez, and Courteney Cox also appear in the video.

As reported by People, their relationship became known in November, on the occasion of Curtis' 50th birthday. This was followed by their first public appearance at ELLE magazine's "Women in Hollywood" event in Beverly Hills.
