Vin Diesel has been cleared of sexual assault allegations made by his former assistant, Asta Jonasson, regarding an incident that allegedly occurred in 2010 in Atlanta during the filming of Fast 5.

The court in Los Angeles dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that it could not be tried under California law because the alleged incident occurred in another state.

According to Jonasson's complaint, she was in the actor's suite at the St. Regis Hotel when the alleged inappropriate acts occurred. However, the court did not proceed with the trial, officially closing the case against Diesel.
