Heidi Klum: 'Don't Hide in Your 50s'

Heidi Klum defends her revealing appearances, stating that she does not regret her choices. In an interview with People, Klum emphasized that age should not be an obstacle to expression and sexuality.

"For me, being older doesn't matter," she said, adding: "I'm not ashamed of my age or my body. I think everyone should do what they want."

Referring to those over 50, Klum stated: "The biggest misconception about being 50 is that you're off the 'shelf'. We're not off the shelf at all. We're still there for everyone to see. Don't hide in your 50s."

Klum also addressed the criticism she has received for participating in lingerie campaigns with her daughter, Leni, stressing that she is proud of her and that her daughter is comfortable with this choice.

"I've been photographed naked or in lingerie since 1992, long before Instagram existed," she explained, adding that she simply uses Instagram to continue what she has been doing for years.
