Tokyo 2025: Tentoglou Qualifies for Final with 8.17m Jump

Miltiadis Tentoglou qualified for the World Championship final in Tokyo 2025 with an impressive jump of 8.17m on his first attempt.

The Olympic long jump gold medalist easily surpassed the 8.15m mark, securing his participation in the final to be held on Wednesday, 17/9, at 14:49.

"This jump was nothing, I'll see you in the final," Tentoglou said after his qualification.

Tentoglou has faced minor injuries this year but remained at the top of the world lists after his 8.46m performance at the European Team Championships in Madrid in June.
