Belgrade Arena GM: «Euroleague Wants to Go to OAKA for 2026 Final Four»

The General Manager of Belgrade Arena, Goran Grbovic, stated in a Serbian podcast that Athens is the favorite to host the Euroleague Final Four in 2026.

Grbovic accused the Euroleague administration of the decision-making process, claiming that OAKA has priority. "The current Euroleague management says it doesn't matter that Giannakopoulos insults us. Never mind, we'll go to OAKA," he stated.

He also revealed that Belgrade Arena had applied to host the Final Four for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027, but Abu Dhabi appeared at the last minute.
