Milicic Furious: "It's Disgraceful!"

Igor Milicic was visibly upset after Aris's defeat to Hapoel Jerusalem in the 14th round of the EuroCup. The coach focused on the lack of mentality and effort from his players, especially on rebounds.

"It's disgraceful what's happening, especially for the big men," he stated, expressing his disappointment at the failure to follow his instructions. "You get paid, so you have to fight, not throw away opportunities and our words in the trash. If you can't, then you have no place in the team," he added.

Referring to the team's mental state, Milicic emphasized the need for a change in mentality and greater effort in every phase of the game. Regarding the debut of Kostas Antetokounmpo, he said it was done to give energy to the team ahead of the Cup game.

Regarding the defense, the coach of Aris stated that he does not believe that the players do not follow the plan, but it is a matter of ability and concentration. Finally, he commented that losing 17 offensive rebounds was unacceptable.
