Six Former Lakers Teammates (2023) Now in Euroleague

The Euroleague is attracting more and more NBA players. Six former teammates from the Los Angeles Lakers' 2022/23 season now play for various Euroleague teams.

These players are: Kendrick Nunn (Panathinaikos), Lonnie Walker (Maccabi Tel Aviv), Sterling Brown (Partizan), Wenyen Gabriel (Bayern), Cole Swider (Anadolu Efes), and Shaquille Harrison (Villeurbanne). A seventh player, Matt Ryan, is rumored to be joining Dubai BC.

Kendrick Nunn, for example, moved from the NBA to Panathinaikos in November 2023 and has become one of the highest-paid players in the league. Lonnie Walker consulted with Nunn before signing with Maccabi Tel Aviv.
