Greece at Eurobasket with Antetokounmpo, Sloukas and Dorsey, Wokap absent

The Greek National Team will participate in the Eurobasket, which starts on August 27, without Thomas Walkup. The Olympiacos guard is experiencing discomfort in his back and it was decided that he should rest.

Despite Walkup's absence, Vassilis Spanoulis will have Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kostas Sloukas and Tyler Dorsey, who returns to the National Team, at his disposal.

Walkup has been an important presence in the Greek National Team in recent years, participating in the 2023 World Cup and the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
