Serbia started their Eurobasket campaign impressively, crushing Estonia with 98-64 in the opening game of Group A in Riga.

Svetislav Pešić's team imposed their rhythm early, reaching a double-digit lead from the first quarter. The top scorer for Serbia was Nikola Jović with 18 points, while Nikola Jokić contributed 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists.

For Estonia, Henri Drell stood out with 11 points and Artur Konontšuk with 10.
