G. Aivazoglou: "Real and Barcelona in NBA Europe?"

Giorgos Aivazoglou, head of the NBA for Europe and the Middle East, in an interview with As, spoke about the progress of planning for "NBA Europe", which is expected to start in the 2027-2028 season.

He referred to the preparations for the new league, the prospects of cooperation with the Euroleague, and the possible participation of major European teams such as Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Aivazoglou stressed that the NBA wants to cooperate with the biggest brands in the world and that the new league aims to restore profitability to European basketball.
