Goss: "Olympiacos let me leave"

Nigel Williams-Goss spoke about his return to SEF as an opponent of Olympiacos, emphasizing that the Piraeus team did not make him a renewal proposal. "From my side, the team was essentially willing to let me leave," he stated.

Goss expressed his desire to have won the EuroLeague with Olympiacos, and also referred to Keenan Evans' return to action.

Regarding his son's presence at SEF, he said: "He will be at the stadium tomorrow, so don't be harsh on him (laughs), he will be wearing a Zalgiris jersey! It was very important for me to bring him with me, because he loved his experience here. I wanted him to experience it again."
