PAOK BC Responds to Allegations of Illegal Debts

PAOK BC has responded to a letter from ALPHA SPORTS GROUP SINGLE MEMBER SA, expressing surprise at allegations regarding the existence of illegal debts.

In its response, PAOK BC emphasizes that it does not accept any insinuations of non-transparent financial practices, highlighting its fully transparent and legal operation over the past five and a half years. All financial data has been made available to ALPHA SPORTS GROUP and the company that conducted a relevant audit.

PAOK BC also states that for the first time, the letter expresses a reservation about the acquisition of PAOK BC, which raises questions. It also refutes claims of immediate payment of obligations to a personal account, emphasizing that the only account indicated is the special account for the Share Capital Increase.

Further clarifications will be given at a press conference on Monday, November 24, 2025.
