Nigel Williams-Goss Joins Zalgiris Kaunas

Zalgiris Kaunas has announced the acquisition of Nigel Williams-Goss with a 2+1 year contract.

The American guard played for Olympiacos, where in the Euroleague he averaged 8.6 points and 3.4 assists in approximately 23 minutes of play. His last game with Olympiacos was in the Final Four semi-final in Abu Dhabi, before he got injured.

Zalgiris President Paulius Jankunas stated that discussions with Williams-Goss started early and that the player showed respect for the organization.

Jankunas added that the club managed to convince the player and believes he was the missing piece for the team.
