Slovenia vs Lithuania: Doncic Out of Friendly Game

The Slovenian National Team will face Lithuania in a friendly game tonight as part of their preparation for EuroBasket 2025. However, Luka Dončić will not play.

Sekulić and his players are facing several absences due to injuries. Specifically, Josh Nebo and Vlatko Čančar will miss EuroBasket 2025. Additionally, the non-call-up of Zoran Dragić has caused unrest in the team.

Aleksander Sekulić will have to rely more on the bench players, as Luka Dončić will not participate in tonight's game. Nevertheless, Dončić will be present in Group D (Poland) of Slovenia at EuroBasket 2025.

The Slovenian Basketball Federation announced that the Los Angeles Lakers star will accompany the team but will miss his second consecutive game.

In a previous friendly, Slovenia lost twice to Germany. In the first game, Luka Dončić played and had a disagreement with Isaac Bonga. Dončić was absent in the second game.
