Turkey defeats Serbia 82-78 in Belgrade

Turkey, led by Osman and Yurtseven, defeated Serbia 82-78 in Belgrade in a World Cup 2027 qualifier.

Ergin Ataman's team secured their third win in the qualifiers. Osman scored 16 points, while Yurtseven contributed 14 points and 8 rebounds.

Despite Turkey's initial 14-point lead (43-57 in the 28th minute), Serbia managed to turn the game around, taking the lead at 73-72. However, crucial points by Tarik Biberovic secured the victory for Turkey.

Biberovic finished the game with 22 points, while Markovic was Serbia's top scorer with 19 points.
